By registering for our 4-day retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to be legally robust and in accordance with French law:
All registrations are final and non-refundable. Once registered, you are obligated to pay the full amount of the retreat fee.
No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, changes in travel plans, or cancellations.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the described retreat until August 20th, 2024 in case there are less than 5 people registered, in which case all received amounts will be reimbursed before August 31st, 2024.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location in France. All travel and transportation to the retreat are undertaken at your own risk. We do not accept any responsibility for travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations.
We are not liable for any changes, modifications, or cancellations to the retreat program due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, strikes, acts of terrorism, or any other force majeure event.
In the event of such occurrences, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the retreat or offer alternative arrangements, but refunds will not be provided.
We reserve the right to make changes to the retreat schedule, activities, and instructors as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
No refunds or credits will be issued for any program changes.
Participants are responsible for ensuring timely arrival for the retreat. We are not responsible for any missed activities or experiences due to late arrivals or early departures. No refunds or credits will be issued for any missed portions of the retreat.
Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being during the retreat. It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions or concerns prior to attending.
We do not accept any liability for any injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions that may arise during or after the retreat.
By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. You accept all risks associated with travel and participation in the retreat, and you release us from any and all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
